ONLINE CE CLASSES - MD, DC & VA

 We offer distance learning options for Virginia, District of Columbia and Maryland real estate continuing education online classes.  These are online courses that require independent reading of the course content and passing of exams. All our offerings are approved by the respective state real estate commission or boards.  Requirements for certification differ from state to state.

 All Maryland CE requirements can be completed online.  Individual classes and packages available.  

All classes must be completed within 6 months of ordering.

Note: If you are taking the DC Fair Housing class to obtain your license by reciprocity, you will be asked to enter a DC license number.  Since you do not currently hold a DC license, enter BR000000 (broker) or SP000000 (salesperson) in the license number field.  Once we receive notification of your completion, we will email you a copy of your completion certificate.

 For VIRGINIA, we offer all 16 hours of continuing education for Salespersons, 24 hour for Brokers and 30 hours of post-licensing education.   Select packages or individual classes. ​

***You MUST send us a NOTARIZED affidavit upon completion of your courses.***

The VA DPOR requires that your affidavit be notarized. You can email it to AcademyofRealEstate@Gmail.com or fax it to 1-888-725-7791.   Once the affidavit is received, the school will upload the credits to the VA DPOR  and then email the student the certificate(s).
