We recognize that not everyone can take a class in a structured time frame or in a traditional classroom setting so we offer online / distance learning that suits your schedule. 

This course has been approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission and the Maryland Real Estate Commission and satisfies the necessary educational requirements to sit for the Maryland Real Estate Salesperson Examination. Upon your successful completion of this class you will receive a Certificate of Completion and your completion will be reported electronically to PSI so you can schedule your State licensing exam.  This class is designed to prepare you to take the Maryland Real Estate Salesperson State Licensing Exam.
